CHAD DRAKE - Owner
After growing up in Andover, Kansas, Chad earned his education at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was also a member of four national championship wrestling teams. Following college, Chad enjoyed a twenty-plus year career as an executive and CEO of top-tier private country clubs and resorts throughout the Midwest and predominately in the Chicagoland area. The life successes that Chad experienced have always been derived from a strong work ethic, honest practices, and an acute attention to detail, which were all instilled in him at an early age. When Chad and his wife, Jenn, made the decision to relocate from Chicago to Bozeman, they brought with them their deep passion for hospitality. Chad instills this passion within The Drake Company to ensure the highest standards are met and long meaningful relationships are formed. When not working, Chad mostly enjoys spending time in the kitchen cleaning up after Jenn, who is a Private Chef and owner of Stoked Kitchen.
Chef Jenn Stoker- Chef and Organizer
With over 15 years experience in the culinary world, Chef Jenn began her culinary journey graduating with top honors and fellowship from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She started her culinary career at Food Network as an Assistant Chef, working on-set with celebrity Chefs, production crews and food development teams. She continued on as a corporate chef with one of the largest food service companies in the world. Within those 8 years at this company, she spearheaded culinary marketing campaigns, research and developed food products, conducted culinary training and corporate wide and national culinary demonstrations.
She then went on to work for a food start up company doing research and development and working in New York City with professional athletes to help launch the company.
After her time in New York, Chef Jenn then moved to Chicago to start her new career in the Private Chef sector and worked for professional athletes, A-Lister celebrities and Fortune 500 executives and CEO’s. She honed her skills to become an Allergy friendly expert and help individuals with food allergies. She traveled the globe with her clients and expanded her culinary skills.
Throughout her culinary journey, Chef Jenn managed to write and publish a cookbook, launch a food product line and started a part time chef business.
Chef Jenn recently moved to Bozeman to start her own Private Chef Business, Stoked Kitchen. She brings her 15 year experience to Montana and is looking forward to cooking and organizing for her clients in Bozeman and Big Sky.
Chef Jenn resides in Bozeman with her husband, Chad.
